A project to paint the facades of buildings in Tirana with vibrant colors was initiated by the city's mayor, resulting in colorful buildings throughout the city. The curators wanted to move beyond color and explore collaborations on architecture and design. They are seeking contributions from other nations and individuals to create a future territory for such collaborations. With Tirana's population growing rapidly from 200,000 to over one million inhabitants in just 15 years, there has been little time for design, leading to rapid urbanization and related phenomena.
