The article discusses the relationship between cities and architecture, using a fictional Flemish urban environment as an example. The exhibition showcases a selection of Belgian architectural projects that contribute to a balanced and patched-up cityscape. Many of these projects are renovations and conversions, and they reflect the importance of current Belgian urban planning policies and tender procedures.

Latvia is reopening the archive boxes once again, reminding us (including the Biennial Presidency) of everything that has already been thought up and invented, and inviting us to place the most urgently needed products in the basket, to combine them with one another, and ultimately consume all the knowledge.
