The project explores how the borderland territories have become laboratories for political and economic phenomena in the 21st century. People living on the borders between countries lack a collective narrative, and the project aims to create a political and poetic program of inhabiting the contemporary world by starting from its margins. The project includes an installation, a relational space, and a mobile forum.

Latvia is reopening the archive boxes once again, reminding us (including the Biennial Presidency) of everything that has already been thought up and invented, and inviting us to place the most urgently needed products in the basket, to combine them with one another, and ultimately consume all the knowledge.
Fun, colourful and thought-provoking, it offers a tongue-in-cheek moment to the Arsenale sequence...
